“Villa Soleil” lies between Nice and Cannes, about 10 miles from the airport in Nice. The house is situated in the “Domaine“ Vaugrenier Presidences, a secluded and guarded area beyond and above the highway A8. From the house there is a magnificent view over the Mediterranean Sea. The Domain comprises two tennis courts, a playing ground for children and a big swimming pool, all for the exclusive use of the inhabitants of the Domaine.
